The villa is on the Cap Negret headland on Ibiza’s west coast, a short drive from the bay of Sant Antoni. From Ibiza airport allow roughly 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic and the season.
On arrival
- Check-in is from 16:00 to 22:00
- A security deposit of €3,000 is due upon arrival
- Please let your concierge know your estimated arrival time
- Need a baby cot, pool heating or a chef on your first night? Ask before you travel

The Villa
Spread across two levels, with room for ten and a view over the Ibiza sea.
Five ensuite bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed, ensuite with shower, private terrace with outdoor shower
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, ensuite with indoor and outdoor showers, private terrace
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed, ensuite with bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower, large private terrace
- Bedroom 4 (first floor): king-size bed, ensuite with shower, private balcony
- Bedroom 5 (first floor): two single beds, ensuite with shower, private balcony

Living room
An expansive space with a dining area, TV and comfortable lounge seating, including a sunken seating area. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in the light and open onto the terrace.
Kitchen & pantry
Fully equipped, with a separate large pantry, fridge, two dishwashers, oven, microwave and a wine fridge. The pantry also houses the washing machine and dryer.

Bathrooms
Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a sculpted stone bathtub, and the ground-floor suites have outdoor showers on their private terraces.

Pool & Terraces

A private pool set into the terraces with views toward the sea, and a sunken lounge within it. Pool towels are provided.
Pool heating is available for a supplement of €100 per day. Ask your concierge to arrange it.
Please supervise children around the pool at all times.
Outdoor kitchen & dining
An outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a dining area, ideal for alfresco meals under the Ibiza sky. Your concierge can arrange a private chef to cook for you here.
Terraces & balconies
Every bedroom has its own terrace or balcony. The ground-floor suites have private terraces, with outdoor showers in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3. The first-floor suites each open onto a balcony.
Garden & viewpoints
The villa has an expansive garden with multiple terraces and stunning viewpoints, and a separate staircase for guest arrivals. It’s a wonderful place for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail with panoramic sunset views.

A few simple requests so everyone, and the island, can enjoy the villa.

Deposit & minimum stay
- A €3,000 security deposit is due upon arrival
- Minimum stay is 3 nights
Caring for the island
We invite you to care for Ibiza by separating your waste. Your concierge can tell you where the recycling goes.
Cleaning
The villa is cleaned every other day, with fresh bed linens, bath towels and pool towels.
Baby cots
Baby cots are available on request. Please let us know before you travel.
Hosting an event
Villa Sapphire is also an exceptional venue for private events such as weddings, formal gatherings or corporate functions. Please contact the event planners if you wish to host an occasion here. Events are not permitted unless agreed with them in advance.
